Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. Packages are sent out within 48 hours of receipt. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for mail delivery. Priority Mail in the US is usually about 3 days from date of mailing.
Q. How are items shipped?
A. In the U.S. items are sent via USPS Mail. A Tracking Number is included. If you want any package insured please contact us first for any additional shipping fees.
All International orders are sent International First Class Package Mail at the flat rate listed on the order page. There is no insurance. Items are sent at their value - which means you may be responsible for any duty fees. If you prefer that your order be sent via International Priority Mail (which does include insurance), please contact us first so we can determine the actual cost to invoice you for shipping.
Q. Will you sign my own item?
A. Yes, I’m happy to sign your personal items but please email me first with your request. Include a description of what you want to send and we can determine return shipping and insurance costs if necessary. The price for each individual signature is $34.99. Please remember, we can’t guarantee that the USPS will care about your item as much as you do. Any lost items cannot be replaced. If you can't afford to lose it in the mail or have it destroyed by careless postal workers – don’t send it!
Q. Can I ask you to record something for me – like a voice mail greeting?
A. Personal recordings are not available.
Q. Can the photo be personalized?
A. Yes – add the person's name in the appropriate box on the order page. If you prefer a signature only - indicate by writing "signature only".
Q. What color pen will you sign with?
A. Typically all my signatures are done with black, blue or silver.
